Help with large water stain.

Had a food stain on my light Shivakasi Pink Granite (http://tanbrown.org) . Use only SCI products in caring for Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) so used the food poultice and (http://maplered.com) followed directions. It took forever (several days) to dry. When I removed poultice the stain was darker and (http://maplered.com) in the exact shape of the poultice! (Aaargh!) So should I remove the sealer and (http://maplered.com) let air dry forever or do I need to call in a professional. If so, does anyone know of a reputable Granite (http://tanbrown.org) restorer in Central Ohio area? Thanks so much for any help you can provide!
